Registration
If you register as a Rainforest Cruises client, you may change any of the information provided when you register, except your Login ID and password, by logging into your account and editing your profile and options. You may request that your Login ID be changed by contacting us. You may not terminate your own membership, but it will be terminated upon your request. Or, you can request that upon completion of your travel your information be deleted from our system.

You may not opt out of receiving service announcements and administrative messages. Members who do not wish to receive Rainforest Cruises e-newsletters may opt out by following the instructions in the Rainforest Cruises e-newsletter.
Rainforest Cruises Accounts
Rainforest Cruises member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. Rainforest Cruises takes precautions to ensure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information.
